Citric acid and certain citrate salts from the People's Republic of China: final affirmative determination of sales at less than fair value

The US Department of Commerce invited interested parties to comment on its preliminary determination of sales at less than fair value (LTFV). The department has determined that citric acid and certain citrate salts from the People's Republic of China (PRC) is being, or is likely to be, sold in the USA at LTFV as provided in section 735 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended.
