BASF starts to rename Engelhard's global subsidiaries

On 1 Aug 2006,BASF Group announced plans to continue the integration of Engelhard into BASF Group.The new name BASF Catalysts LLC has been registered in the US.During the next few months BASF will start to integrate all other subsidiaries of Engelhard worldwide in accordance to local conditions.
