Neem Coating of Urea-Present Status adn Future Trends

Indian Agriculture and Research Institute (IARI),New Delhi has been doing research work on neem since 1919.Various techniques for identification and isolation of active principles from neem were developed in early sixies and seventies.Research work on neem's active principles and their mechanism of action on nitrification inhibition for increasing nitrogen efficiency has been in progres using urea as source of nitrogen since seventies.
