Nutrient Management in Agroforestry Systems

摘要

Adoption of highly productive, more remunerative, cost effective, compatible and multipurpose system is of prime importance to meet the increasing demand of food, fodder and fuel for fast growing human and livestock population. Agroforesty, a traditional system is very important in this direction. It not only fulfills the basic needs but also ensure environmental stability and economic security to farm family. The better nutrient management strategies are needed to be addressed to help the farmers to increase production, profitability and sustainability of production from agroforestry systems per unit area per unit time. This review development and management status of organic and mineral nutrient inputs for higher production of the systems.
