International crude:Healthy avails push down Urals

Urals in NWE were weaker Wednesday,as healthy availability exerted pressure on the market.Four cargoes were offered in the window,by Gunvor,Taurus,Litasco and BP.Eventually,Gunvor sold at Dated minus US3.60/bbl to Totsa,for a Feb 18-22 loading stem.Earlier in the day sources indicated that the values which have been holding at higher levels recently may start coming off.
