China's CIC to sell Uralkali stake

Russian fertilizer producer Uralkali has closed a second tender this year to buy back the company's shares. Shareholders offered 646mn shares, equivalent to about 22pc of the company's share capital. Chinese state-owned investment fund CIC offered its entire 12.5pc stake.
