Ma'aden secures phosphate loans worth 3.96 billion

Saudi Arabian Ma'aden Phosphate Company (MPC) and Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) signed a series of financial agreements on 15 June that secured loans worth 3.96 billion to develop the phosphate rock deposit at Al-Jalamid and utilise indigenous natural gas and sulphur resources to produce DAP at Ras-Az-Zawr.
