Russia's Uralkali reduces MOP output

Russian potash producer Uralkali's first-half MOP production fell compared with a year earlier, in line with slowing demand, but the company expects more favourable market conditions in the second half of this year. Uralkali produced 5.1mn t of MOP in January-June, a 10pc drop on the year, it said this week.
