MARKET SUMMARY:There is still no sign that the very tight market is easing yet.It is believed that Latin America and N.W.Europe will stay tight through first-half 2008 at least and maybe to the end of the year.There could be some easing but only from the extreme tightness of the moment.The strong fertilizer and non-ferrous metal markets are fuelling the demand.
