Ameropa negotiating to buy Azomures

Early in November, the majority owners of Romanian fertilizer producer Azomures revealed that they are in negotiations to sell the company to Ameropa. Eurofert and Azomures Holdings, who together own 75.9% of Azomures’ shares, told the Bucharest Stock Exchange that they were in “relatively advanced negotiations” to sell their shares.
