CASTion~R Zero-Discharge Wastewater Recovery System Yield Investment Paybacks of 1-2 Years

CASTion engineers, assembles and installs turnkey zero-discharge systems by integrating filtration, ion exchange, reverse osmosis or ultrafiltration systems with its patented CAST~R (Controlled Atmosphere Separation Technology) vacuum flash distillation systems. CAST~R systems are capable of recovering up to 99 percent of wastewater volume as clean distillate water for recycle to metal finishing rinse baths. Typical contaminant reduction is 99.99 percent, which results in distillate water that is much cleaner than ordinary tap water.
