Passive FTIR remote sensing of smokestack emissions

摘要

Quantitative chemical analysis of heated plumes with passive FT-IR remote sensing techniques is discussed and illustrated. Field spectra of a power plant plume are examined and analyzed in terms of sulfur dioxide concentration.
