UKRAINE'S OSTCHEM Group has appointed Ilya Motorygin to manage its fertilizer sales activities, effective September 20. Motorygin has over 15 years' experience in international fertilizer trade covering a range of products across the nitrogen, phosphates and compounds sectors.
