Yuzhnyy loading delays continue on low inventories

Insufficient availabilities at Yuzhnyy shore-tanks continue to influence shipments, as predicted in FW last week. The Eupen completed loading and sailed on 18 February, having waited in the port since 12 February. The Havlur finally sailed on 20 February, while the Hesiod and the Golden Miller, both having arrived on 17 February were awaiting turn at press time. The Kent arrived on 20 February; while the Herdis is due to arrive today, 21 February.
