MagIndustries closes second offering

CANADIAN MagIndustries Corp has raised C$20m (US$19.7m) from its second offering in the capital of MagMinerals Potash Corp. The offering consisted of 5 million common shares priced at C$4.00 in the newly formed MagMinerals Holdings Corp (MagHoldings), the company said in a 29 April statement.
