Uralkali and FAS settle over prices dispute

RUSSIAN POTASH producer Uralkali has signed a settlement agreement with Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) concerning the latter's allegations that the company was abusing its dominant position and monopolising the domestic potash market by maintaining high prices.
