Sibur sets up technical education centre

SIBUR MINERAL Fertilizers and Japanese engineering company Yokogawa Electric Corp have signed a partnership agreement to establish a technical education centre at Sibur subsidiary Kemerovo Azot. The centre, Azot-Yokogawa, will develop and adopt new projects in the field of automated technological processes, using information technology as a basis. Part of the centre's role will be teaching and improving the qualifications of computer programming personnel in the department of automated process control systems.
