BLACK SEA: Supply is perceived limited into December following the sale by Helm of a supramax cargo to IPL and the delay in reaching rated output from Gorlovka. Supply for nearby markets and Latin America will be cut further if a Fedcominvest (FCI) sale to IPL were also to ensue. Keytrade is associated with a 10,000 mt purchase from AgroFerTrans at $380/mt FOB and FCI purchased 20,000 mt OPZ urea via Sevdon/IBE at the same price.
