INDIA: RCF is closing tomorrow, November 26, a tender for two lots of 18-20,000 mt DAP/MAP each for NPK production. This follows the scrapping of its October 26 tender totalling 36-40,000 mt DAP/MAP. The DoF announced November 19 its Nutrient Based Subsidy (NBS) applicable for the next fertilizer year (2011- 2012) for decontrolled fertilizers (imported and indigenously produced), including DAP, MAP, SSP, NPKs, MOP and ammonium sulphate, effective April 1, 2011 onwards.
