Market largely uneventful; benchmark prices stable

Mirroring last week's trading, market activity continued somewhat limited this week, as consumers on key markets - Brazil, the Indian Subcontinent and Europe - remained largely on the sidelines. Importers continue to take a wait-and-see stance in anticipation of lower prices as the market enters the last weeks of the first quarter. Latest EuroChem sales suggest prices have stabilised for now. The supplier has sold some DAP/MAP cargoes for March lifting in line with February business at $465-475/mt FOB Baltic/Black Sea.
