BLACK SEA: Supply continues to be tight with most volumes going to Europe and North Africa. Only one cargo is due to loaded for the US in August. The last confirmed deal, $330/mt FOB Black Sea, dates to mid-July but higher- priced deals are likely to have been done for August shipment. OPZ is rumoured to have sold at $355/mt FOB to a trader – a steep price given current CFR values and likely related to short covering, if correct.
