INDIA'S OSWAL Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd. (OCFL) is reported to be proposing to set up an ammonia and urea complex in Andhra Pradesh. It is understood the company is looking at a 1.2 million mt/year capacity urea plant based on natural gas. The total cost of the project, which will include a 100 MW power plant, is put at an estimated Rs50 billion ($1.1 billion).
