Anwil: Pulawy, PKN Orlen in exclusive negotiations

POLISH FERTILIZER and chemicals producer Zaklady Azotowe Pulawy has been granted exclusive rights until June 30 by the country’s petrochemicals group PKN Orlen to negotiate and agree material terms and conditions for the acquisition of 84.79% of the shares of Anwil, a subsidiary of PKN Orlen, Pulawy said in a statement.
