Demand for nitrates from the FSU is still at low ebb, and potential buyers largely refrain from entering into new commitments. Expectations from buyers are still that prices are set to move substantially below the $205-210/mt FOB on offer from the Black Sea. A move back into a $180-190/mt FOB range is expected shortly unless there is a substantial increase in demand for April and May lifting.
