Allana Potash sells $5.78m of shares

ALLANA POTASH Corp has agreed with a syndicate of agents led by Wellington West Capital Markets Inc. to sell units of the company at a price of $0.40 per unit on a private placement basis. Initially limited to gross proceeds of $4 million, the offering was subsequently extended to gross proceeds of $5.78 million (14,442,500 units) to satisfy additional demand.
