Strong Q1 for ICL’s fert sales but prices fall

ICL’S FIRST quarter fertilizer sales doubled year-on-year to $766 million, representing 53% of the Israeli group’s total revenue. The increase reflected a sharp rise in volumes of all products, including potash sales of 1.33 million mt, up 300% on Q1 2009.
