South Africa approves R300m fert & seeds aid for Zimbabwe

SOUTH AFRICA'S Government is reported to have now approved an agricultural aid package worth R300m (US$30m), including fertilizers and seeds, to beleaguered Zimbabwe. The aid package is intended to help Zimbabwe's crippled agricultural sector. However, details about the aid package are scarce, and at press time, FERTILIZER WEEK had been unable to confirm any of the details with South Africa's Treasury Ministry.
