Russian Government coy on fertilizer price warning

A WARNING by Russia's First Deputy Prime Minister Victor Zubkov that he may reinstate the export duties recently lifted on NPK and nitrogen fertilizers will be tested by the domestic industry in the run-up to a cabinet session scheduled for March 5. For the time being, Zubkov will neither reiterate the warning, nor defend his assessment of the domestic price movement for fertilizers.
