ICS plans to build NPK plant in Indonesia

PHOSPHATES PRODUCER Industries Chimiques du Sénégal (ICS) is reported to be planning to invest $130 million in an NPK fertilizer plant in Indonesia. ICS is majority owned by an Indian consortium comprising the Chennai-based conglomerate Archean Group, Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) and the Government of India, with a combined 85% stake. The Government of Senegal holds the remaining 15% of ICS’ share capital.
