European industry set to raise local CAN prices

Asking prices for ammonium nitrate from the FSU are increasing further as demand from domestic markets for Russian and Ukrainian suppliers suggest netbacks at plants above a $200/mt FOB equivalent for export. A major producer still claims that bids for export as high as $195/mt FOB have been rejected, while others suggest returns close to $190/mt FOB.
