Invecture acquires Frontera Copper

FRONTERA COPPER Corporation (Frontera) is to be acquired by private investor Invecture Group after it offered C$48 million (C$0.75 per share) for the mining company, representing a 15% increase on the C$42 million offer received from Southern Copper Corporation (SCC), and a 27% increase on Invecture's original offer.
