THIS WEEK Uralchem OJSC also announced it has reached an agreement with the country's Sberbank for the restructuring of loans originally due for repayment during the period of 2010-2012, and which together total $867.5 million. Under the loan restructuring agreed, the terms of repayment will be postponed from 2010 until 2011-2013 on two credit line agreements and interest rates will be lowered from 11.5% to 9% on a US dollar-denominated loan, Uralchem said in a November 16 statement.
