APC produces 2 million mt potash in 2008

ARAB POTASH Company (APC) has released its preliminary results for 2008, showing that the company nudged past the 2 million mt annual production mark by 4,000 mt. This represents an increase of 12% over the 2007 production volume of 1.80 million mt, as well as setting a company record. APC also reports an increase in its annual sales volume of 2% to 1.90 million mt, of which 1.70 million mt was exported.
