CF all but ignores Agrium proxy result

CF INDUSTRIES said this week that Agrium's success in its call for proxies from CF shareholders has no value. Agrium Inc. said early yesterday that CF stockholders tendered about 30 million shares, or 62% of the total outstanding CF shares, into its offer of $45 in cash and one Agrium common share per CF share, as of its expiration at midnight November 18, US Eastern time.
