Americas Petrogas plans share offering

AMERICAS PETROGAS Inc. intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 11.11 million common shares at a price of $0.45 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $5 million. The first closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about November 30, 2009.
