Activity slows down after AG price surge

A repeat of last week's $60/mt surge in the AG price point was unlikely, as most producers have no availability for March and are looking towards April shipments. Nitrochem has been able to squeeze a $5/mt improvement from sales of Russian ammonia out of Yuzhnyy. Ukranian product remains unavailable from the Black Sea port, and this will remain the case until FOB values make it commercially viable.
