THE UK's NATIONAL Famers' Union (NFU) on Monday announced Kevin Roberts will be the organisation's new director general. Roberts, who is currently CEO of the country's Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB), will be taking up the post on April 1, 2010. He will suceed Richard Macdonald who retires in late November.
