A RUSSIAN court has ruled against Russian fertilizer magnate Dmitry Mazepin's bid to overturn the selection of Perm Mineral Fertilizer's board of directors made in December last year. Mazepin's application claimed that two out of the seven board members should have been representatives of his company, CI-Chemical Invest, which controls a share stake of 44%. Instead, the extraordinary general meeting, held on 25 December last year, selected a board entirely comprised of members linked to old management or new majority shareholder, Sibur.
