Middle East: Sabic still has cargoes available

No new sales are reported concluded by Sabic despite reports of on-going discussions with traders. Values remain under pressure with recent spot business concluded in the Far East as low as $433/mt CFR indicative of Middle East netbacks at $350/mt at best. Perceived netbacks based on FACT offers around $500/mt CFR are nearer $420/mt FOB basis freight for the small volumes in combination with other ports at $65/mt.
