South Korea: Regional values likely to fall further

Values remain under substantial downwards pressure in South Korea as weak downstream demand from the acrylonitrile and caprolactam industries weighs heavy on ammonia buying. Sources said contract values stand at $480-490/mt CFR while spot offers from suppliers are around $10/mt lower. Namhae is still mulling the idea of an additional cargo for May delivery but this depends on its contract deliveries for the month which it is currently in the process of organising.
