Thai importers indicate that offers for good quality granular are abundant below $300/mt CFR, and further advise that one cargo of Middle East quality product traded marginally below $295/mt CFR. Latest suggestions are that a fully firm bid at even $290/mt CFR would likely elicit acceptance by sellers. Demand is still improving. But some buyers are not yet convinced that a floor has been found, and still hesitate to commit to tonnages despite the low offers.
