SAUDI ARABIA: Ma'aden has reiterated that DAP commercial production is set to commence during the third quarter of 2011. MOROCCO: OCP's DAP supply contract price settlement in India (see below) would net back to the mid $570s/mt FOB Jorf Lasfar given an estimated spot freight currently in the high $30s/mt. While the producer is likely to agree a Contract of Affreightment (CoA) at a later stage, initial shipments are expected to be fixed against the spot freight market, as a CoA would likely incur a premium over current spot rates. Last year, OCP had a CoA in place in the high $40s/mt for DAP supply contracts for India.
