Petrobras and Vale discuss sales of N & P assets

BRAZILIAN FERTILIZER major Vale Fertilizantes and petrochemical giant Petrobras reported August 30 that the companies were negotiating a potential transaction that could include the nitrogen fertilizer complex in Araucaria, ParanA State in southern Brazil. Both companies emphasized "there is not yet an y definitive agreement between the parties defining the basis and condition of the potential deal".
