SRI LANKA: Inventories of urea and planned forward shipments against prior tenders are still described as ample and additional procurement may not be necessary before May for arrival in the third quarter. As suggested in earlier issues of this report, the delay will open up the door for deliveries from China when the 7% export tax window reopens July 1.
