Rossosh plans to add urea capacity andboost ammonia output

THE NEW owners of Russian fertilizer producer OAO Minudobreniya (Rossosh) plan toincrease the firm’s capacity to meet growing demand for crop nutrients. Cyprus-registeredLaguz Management Limited, which is owned by Russian businessmen, Arkady and BorisRotenberg, acquired control of Rossosh via their acquisition of Cyprus-based YaiberaHoldings Limited in late July (FW Online, August 5, 2011). Yaibera Holdings owned 79.41%of the voting shares in Rossosh.
