Regional values for granular urea were tested in South Korea August 13 when Dongbu tendered for the purchase of 6,000 mt for shipment by the end of August. Heavy shipping schedules for India from China and the rather stern attitude on the part of Chinese producers against sales below $285/mt FOB might trigger higher costs for importer.
