China: Jan-May DAP/MAP exports

Preliminary estimates put DAP exports from China during the month of May at 710,000 mt, bringing the total for January-May to 2.126 million mt. This is more than 1 million mt higher than the volume exported in January-May 2014 of 970,000 mt. Of the quantity shipped in May, 375,000 mt, over half, went to India as expected. Close to 100,000 mt were shipped to Vietnam and additional cargoes found their way into Australia, Pakistan, Thailand, Japan and even 13,900 mt to Mexico.
