Global: Indian STC tender for urea at center of attention

Producers, marketers and traders are busy preparing pricing-strategies for the April 10 STC tender in India, a session that might absorb a significant portion of surplus urea availability through May. While the tender issuance has been in the cards since some time, most market participants were relieved with the prospct of being able to place major quantities during a period largely void of activity in substantial volumes.
