RUSSIAN POTASH producer Uralkali on September 22reported its IFRS consolidated results for the first six monthsof its financial year, posting a 61% rise in net profit to $452million compared to $280 million for the same prior yearperiod ended June 30, 2010. The results of Russia’s otherpotash producer, Silvinit, were included from May 17, thedate the merger of Silvinit into Uralkali became effective.
