Russia FAS initiates case against Apatit

RUSSIA'S FEDERAL Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) reported Wednesday that on December 30 it had initiated a case against Apatite OJSC, part of the PhosAgro group, based on signs of violating Clauses 1, 5 and 8 Part 1 Article 14 of the country's Federal Law "On Protection of Competition".
